At SuveeIndia, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and transparently. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we manage the shipment of your products.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Some products may qualify for free shipping, as indicated on the product page or during promotional offers.

SuveeIndia reserves the right to change shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Processing time may increase during sales, festivals, or public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order has been successfully processed.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

SuveeIndia cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, army postal addresses (APO), or other restricted areas.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order will be returned to SuveeIndia. Re-dispatch may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

SuveeIndia will investigate the issue with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete.

Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Any delays due to incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
